It's hard enough for those art sites to keep going because they have to pay for bandwidth without people leeching. Personally I don't see why people don't just link from their elftown accounts. If I found someone leeching bandwidth off my site, I'd be pissed.

2003-12-22 [bratkitty]: I always write a draft of rules before setting up a contest. It's not that hard to do, and it only takes like 5 minutes out of my time. And you get a better contest if you do that. I hate when people just slap a bunch of stuff up without any effort. >_<

I don't know how good the movie would be without Sigourney Weaver, but there's lots of fans who have read that graphic novel from about ten years back. (all the links are bold), to fix this, go to tech.html, delete the line that imports changes, find a:link and a:hover and delete the line that says font-weight: bold, and set it as your new style sheet. Hope this helps other people like me.
